HISTORY

Royal Princess College is established to assist the prospective seafarers to strengthen their knowledge in the cruise ships specifically in the hospitality, starting from safety on board to the culture of working on board as well as to improve basic operational communication and develop competent skill.

GOAL

Educating prospective seafarers to become professionals and able to compete globally. To satisfy the meet requirements and needs of stakeholders through the application of quality Royal Princess College graduates. To promote the add value of Indonesian seafarers bring to the global cruise line industry.

ENGLISH TRAINING PROGRAM
FOR CRUISE LINE

This program aims to make the training participants able to use the basic English communication to work in the cruise line. This program is using a coaching learning method in which the participant will be able to expand the self potential in which has not developed yet and confident in using English.

COMPETENCY BASED
TRAINING PROGRAM

This program aims to make the training participants able to develop their skill and be ready to compete in the cruise line industry.

The program is based on ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professional.

  • Cookery Certification Level III 
  • Waiting (Restaurant Service) Certification Level III
  • Bartending Certification Level III
  • Housekeeping and Laundry Service Certification Level III

COOK CERTIFICATION MLC 2006
COMPLIANCE ANNEX 3.2

This program aims for the specific certification for the training participant or crew who apply in the cook position.This program is mandatory and based on MLC Compliance 2006. 

This program consist of:
– Hygiene And Sanitation
– Safe Food Handling
– Safe Food Temperature
– Basic Cooking Method
– Cultural And Religious Food Catering
